Welcome to 18 Artichokes!
Since 2021, we've been dedicated in growing a variety of Artichokes, (Cynara scolymus) starting from seeds we cultivated ourselves. With over 1,000 plants thriving, our family is passionate about bringing the best artichokes to your table.
During the season, you will be able to order fresh Artichokes directly from us or enjoy our prepared Artichokes in jars all year round.
Don't miss our Harvest Days - check our social media Events for dates - and join Johann to learn the art of picking and preparing fresh Artichokes at home.
(We are located a few hundred meters from the N5 on the T518 turn off just outside Bethlehem on the way to Clarens. Ask us on WhatsApp for a pin.)
Here are some more info & pictures of why we love what we do. Thank you for supporting local produce! Vie Va Suid Afrika!
